In 2007, I already came up with this program. I had the best intentions to offer this to companies but I soon realized one thing--- I am not a group exercise program. Yes, the best way to introduce this program is in the group setting but the fact is boxing could not be taught effectively that way. So, I decided not to go ahead with that project. Now in 2009, I thought it was time for a revamp and here it is!
