FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. How different is this from the boxing/ kickboxing group classes out there?
I am not a big fan of those. Plus this isn't a large group class. I have found out that boxing should not be taught in a very large group setting. I don't want people walking out of my program saying that they trained with me but they do not demonstrate proper technique.
2. Do you group people in terms of skill or fitness level?
I suggest that you build your own group. That way, you all know each other. Skill and fitness levels vary no matter what. In my experience, beginners who join a more advanced group tend to catch up fast because of my progressive system of training.
3. What do you mean by progressive system of training?
It means that every time you come in, you learn something new and you don't do the same things twice. Changing it up is the name of the game. This is the routine of a fighter--- it's the real thing!
4. I'm shy and I'm a beginner. I don't have a group with me?
I suggest you try my Boxer Rebellion Program or my 1-on-1 training.
5. How many people should be in a group?
Minimum of two but no more than five. I want to make sure that everyone is getting my attention. Plus, I don't want to miss out on mistakes that are “always” overlooked in a large group setting.
6. How much do you charge for each participant?
It depends on your frequency each week and what kind of program you would need. I can assure you though that working out in a group can save you dollars compared to the traditional 1-on-1 program.
7. I don't want to be a boxer, can I simply workout?

ONE HECK OF A WORKOUT
